Weight, speed, and other homogeneous polynomial things...

I have to say that I am really grateful for dislocating my shoulder again. It really made me go out there in the gym and p-p-p-push it to the limit on the stationary bike. Thanks to the cardio overload I was able to drop a few pounds and somehow become more aerodynamic!

Anyway, were getting here to the final stretch. The bike race is in less than 40 days. The weather is getting better. I'm getting over my cold and enjoying the pollen once again. This means I can finally get back to riding outside. I had my bike tuned and all that I need to do now is grease my shoes so that I can clip out like Speedy Gonzales.

I hope that by next weekend I can start riding with the team during the Sat/Sun rides. If that fails I will try to do a 75 mile run on Silver Comet. That place is always fun. However, I don't think I'm going to go back to Stone Mountain. Don't want to jinx the shoulder once again.
