Hi all. My name is Z. I want to get my body in a better shape. I thought that a blog could be motivational even if no one reads it.
My hope is to post a few times a week with my progress and get fitter, happier and more productive. In each post I will try to count the calories of my intake, workouts I did, stats of all kinds, and some other stuff I cannot think of right now. In between these posts I will try to put random info to encourage myself to be a go getter and attain my goal.
Tomorrow is a new day, and so I shall start.
