My doctors, and I mean that in the plural as I have two of them for my shoulder, said I should go back to resuming my normal workout and biking habits. That means I'm going back to weight lifting. w00t! And biking, w00t x2!!
Now what sucks here is that I have gotten sick so I really cannot train or do anything fun outside until this cold goes away. Hopefully, this will be sometime soon, preferably tomorrow. It's kinda weird that this is my second time getting sick this year. I guess this is a pollen agitated sickness. Those darn trees!
Anyway, my plan is to continue on with my regular boxing and cycling work outs and add in some shoulder exercises to make sure my arm holds during the race.
